Karate Do Lachine collects only the information you choose to send us, through the contact form: your name, email address, phone contact and message. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry.

We do not sell, share or trade personal information with third parties, and we keep messages only as long as needed to follow up with you.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Participation, risk and waiver

Practising martial arts involves risks, including injury, disability or death. By registering for and taking part in the classes and activities offered by Karaté-Do Lachine, participants acknowledge these risks, take part voluntarily, and assume those risks themselves.

Participants waive any claim or legal action against Karaté-Do Lachine, its instructors, staff, volunteers or representatives for any injury, damage or loss suffered during participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Participants confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to take part. In case of emergency, the dojo is authorised to obtain the necessary medical care, and any costs arising from it remain the responsibility of the participant.

Photographs and video

Karaté-Do Lachine may take photographs and video recordings during training and events, for lawful use in promotional material, on social media and on this website. Anyone who prefers not to appear may tell an instructor in writing and will be left out of published material.
